André Bélisle is a senior IT executive experienced in project management and IT transformation with over 31 years of experience in strategic planning, analysis, and design of IT infrastructures. He has substantial expertise in successfully deploying and operationalizing IT projects. He has participated in the design and construction of over 15 datacenters from 80kW to 3MW and managed the migration of more than 1,000 servers for multiple customers in the last eight years. He has been an invited guest at many datacenter conferences and has written many datacenter articles. He was VP of professional services for General Electric before becoming an independent consultant in the datacenter arena.
