This white paper presents the latest trends in intelligence within the communications industry and provides a variety of actionable suggestions and solutions to rapidly advance towards Highly Autonomous Networks.

At the launch, Dang Wenshuan said: "The commercial use of AI cannot be achieved in a single step. Like every industrial revolution, AI will undergo point-, application-, and system-level transformations. To effectively leverage AI and deliver greater value, it is essential to establish system-level business goals that can guide application- and point-level innovations driven by value. In point-level transformation, AI is used to address specific problems within current processes and can be deployed independently without requiring system modifications. While point-level solutions are relatively straightforward to implement, their value lies in primarily enhancing specific steps rather than providing comprehensive improvements. Currently, most industries implement point-level solutions. In application-level transformation, AI is used to address a series of problems and enable new processes that can be independently deployed without requiring system modifications. Application-level solutions are more difficult to implement but deliver more value than point-level solutions. In system-level transformation, AI is used to improve multiple processes at the same time and enable new processes by changing interdependent processes. System-level solutions involve system-level reconstruction and therefore are the most difficult to implement, but they deliver the greatest value of AI.
