The citys new poodles for trash incentive was prooving to be less popular than at first thought. Recycling was at an altime low and feral poodles were at an all time high.

Oh dear. I'm not a fan of tiny "toy" dogs, but that's not nice LOL. After all, smaller dogs are most practical for city living.
